Bob’s Training Portal

eLearning portal integrated to the processes and already existent courses of Bob’s, that adds a virtual community around the training of the collaborators. It has content in videos, PDF for courses and online evaluations.

In the Portal are also present periodic evaluations, which generate indicators of knowledge of employees and stores, as well as organizational climate research, which evaluates each restaurant and guides the franchisee in creating an action plan with a roadmap for improvement.

The portal is integrated into the Acelera Bob’s program, which awards employees for its performance, and the BFFC Extranet to keep the store and employee records updated.
